Her food consulting expertise includes developing restaurant concepts and service design for new establishments. She has also worked with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry’s Kalakumous expert group, participated in various school meal projects, and contributed to strengthening food products for different businesses.

The Syötävä Sunnuntai concept was created alongside the MICHELIN Guide Ceremony Nordic Countries event to serve both local residents and international visitors. As part of the Syötävä Helsinki initiative, many renowned restaurants remained open on both Sunday and Monday to accommodate guests.
For international visitors, we curated an authentic and transparent guide within the city’s map app, featuring restaurant recommendations from local industry professionals. The work culminated in the MICHELIN Guide Ceremony Nordic Countries celebration in May 2024. Consulting on event dining in collaboration with the City of Helsinki and Helsinki Partners was a dream project.
